Questions
1- In considering verse 3 and why the scribes reacted as they did, do you think that we ever do the same? What thwn would be Jesus' reply to us?
2- Why did Jesus choose to sit with the sinners and the tax collectors?
3- From these verses what are the ways in which we can be made well?
Exercise of the Week
Throughout this week prepare your hearts so that Jesus Christ may find space within them. Contemplate on the faith of the various people in the last two chapters that we have read and consider for whom Jesus came.
